Day #4 Friday, July 8th, 2011
Weight: 149 lbs!!!! Hurray!!
Breakfast: shake + 10 pills (Shakes are great now. I just always use frozen blueberries, strawberries, bananas, fresh OJ and water)
**NOTE: I should add that a while back I bought a little individual blender system from Walmart for $20.00. Best money spent! Before this I'd make morning smoothies with fruits, yogurt and almond milk. This is much like the expensive Magic Bullet. Love it!
Lunch: Kale chips (LOVE THEM!), homemade salsa - tomato, corn (yes, corn), onion, 1/2 avocado + salad- organic baby spinach, romaine (from my garden- I have a ton!), broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
3:30 PM: 10 pills
5:30 1/2 cup brown rice, sautéed mushrooms and onions + baby spinach sautéed with garlic (I've never liked cooked spinach before but this was good.) + a couple romaine leafs with chopped tomatoes on them for salad.
9:00 PM: shake and 10 pills
Exercise: 2 - 20 minute EA Sport workout sessions.
** I have much more energy today! (aka- I cleaned the kitchen after dinner and picked up the house.) All in all a very good day.
