Day #2 Wednesday July 6th, 2011
Weight: 154 (I lost 2 pounds overnight!! I probably shouldn't weigh myself daily but I can't help it.)
Breakfast: Shake (gross, made with frzn strawberries, peaches and SP complete) + 10 pills (super gross).
Lunch: Salad- Romaine, cauliflower, broccoli, SP dressing + microwaved frozen sugar snap peas.
*NOTE: realized later that Peas are not on the allowed list.
Snack: 1 piece of Kiwi, 6 grapes
4:30 PM: 10 pills
Dinner: 1/2 cup brown minute rice, sautéed mushrooms and Vidal onions in evoo, Tomato and avocado salad- drizzled with lemon juice and sea salt. The mushrooms and onions were heavenly compared to the rabbit food. I sauteed them in two seperate skillets with evoo, onion and garlic powder.
Bedtime: 10 pills
Exercise: 20 minute Wii EA Sports (very sweaty)
**I feel good. No cravings. I love the tomato and avocado with lemon juice.
