Day #3 July 7th, 2011
Weight: 151 lbs
Breakfast: shake + 10 pills. Shake tasted good today!!! I read online somewhere a guy used fresh squeezed orange juice. I made mine with all frozen fruit- 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, a few blueberries, the juice of one orange and water. !!!! WAY BETTER!!!
Lunch: leftovers- 1/2 cup brown rice, mushrooms, onions + 1 slice of fresh pineapple
3:20 PM: 10 pills
Dinner: Broccoli, asparagus and 1 ear of corn (I know, not allowed but I LOVE CORN ON THE COB.)
**Exercise - I went to the gym. 1 hour boxing workout. I felt a little light headed. Great workout though.
8:20 PM: (husband never cleaned up after dinner) 1 1/2 more ears of corn (the kids' leftovers!) Grrr!
10:00 PM shake - yum! + 10 pills (yuck) The pills go down better if I put a little shake in my mouth first and then the pills to swallow.
** I feel good today. Bummer I "cheated" with the corn. I worry about my protein with boxing. I want to loss fat and gain muscle... Don't I need protein? I think there's some in the shake...
